Smart features
How BOS.dog automates report cards, daily summaries, and care compilation.
Report card generation
When a dog checks out, BOS.dog queries every care log from the entire stay and computes statistics: meal consistency (what percentage were eaten fully), total walks and average duration, mood distribution across the visit, and medication compliance. These stats are woven into a warm, parent-friendly narrative and saved as a report card with its own shareable link. The whole process is automatic — no staff member needs to write anything.
Daily update summaries
Each evening, the system pulls the day's care logs for every checked-in dog and generates a conversational summary. The greeting adapts to the dog's mood — a dog who had a fantastic day gets a different opening than one who was a bit anxious. Meal, walk, and medication details are folded into natural sentences, and photos from the day are attached. The result is a quick, readable update that feels personal even though it's generated from structured data.
Data-driven, not fabricated
Every report and summary in BOS.dog is built from actual care logs entered by real caretakers throughout the day. The system compiles, computes, and formats — it doesn't invent. If a meal wasn't logged, the report card will reflect that gap rather than fill it in. This means the data parents see is a genuine reflection of what happened during the stay, which builds real trust between the facility and the parent.
