Your live window into your dog's boarding stay — timeline, photos, and updates.
Getting access
Your facility sends you a link on WhatsApp. Tap it once, and a secure session starts on your phone — it lasts 90 days, so you won't need to log in again. No password, no email verification, no app to install. If the link ever expires, just ask your facility to send a fresh one.
Your home screen
If your dog is currently checked in, the portal opens with a big hero section: your dog's photo, their name, which day of the stay it is ('Day 3 of 7 nights'), a progress bar, and the checkout date. Below the hero, you'll see an 'Open today's timeline' button that takes you straight to the live care log. Scroll down for upcoming stays and a history of past visits.
Stay details
Tap into any stay to see the full picture: a timeline of every care log (meals, walks, mood, medication, photos) with timestamps, daily update summaries, the report card (once the stay is complete), and the invoice if one has been issued. Everything the facility has logged or shared lives here.
Push notifications
When your dog is checked in, the portal will ask if you'd like push notifications. Tap 'Allow' once and you'll get a notification on your lock screen every evening when the daily update is ready — with a direct link to today's summary. You'll also receive push notifications if a document you uploaded is rejected, with the reason and a prompt to re-upload. You can turn notifications off anytime from your browser settings.
Uploading documents
Some facilities ask for ID verification (KYC) before confirming a stay. The 'Documents' section in your portal lets you upload photos or PDFs of Aadhaar, PAN, driving license, voter ID, passport, or other documents (up to 10 MB each). You'll see the status of each upload — pending, verified, or rejected with a reason. If a document is rejected, you'll receive a push notification (if enabled) explaining why and prompting you to re-upload. Once at least one document is verified, any pending bookings are cleared for confirmation.
