Intake reviews

Review parent-submitted intake forms and KYC documents before confirming a booking.

When a review is needed

Facilities that require KYC verification or a full intake form get an intake review step between booking creation and confirmation. When a parent submits their details (dog history, vet contact, ID documents) via the public /intake/<token> link the facility shared on WhatsApp, the booking moves to pending approval and the submission lands in the reviews queue for staff to verify.

The reviews queue

Open /dashboard/intake-reviews to see every submitted intake waiting for review, sorted by submission time. The dashboard also shows a badge with the pending count so a manager walking in first thing in the morning knows how much is waiting. Each row shows the parent, the dog, and which bookings are blocked on this review.

Reviewing an intake

Open a review to see the full submission side-by-side with the uploaded documents — Aadhaar, PAN, driving license, voter ID, or passport. Verify marks the parent's KYC as complete and unblocks any pending bookings. Reject asks for a reason (blurry photo, document expired, name mismatch), which gets sent to the parent as a push notification and surfaces on their portal so they can re-upload. See the KYC & document verification guide for the full status flow.
