Booking list
The bookings list is the main ops surface. Filter by status (inquiry, pending approval, confirmed, checked-in, checked-out, completed, cancelled) and date range to find exactly what you need. Each row shows the dog, parent, dates, kennel assignment, and status at a glance.
Booking detail and actions
Open a booking to see everything in one place: the dog's profile, the parent's contact details, kennel assignment, full care-log timeline, and any daily updates or report cards generated for the stay. From here you can run the core lifecycle actions — confirm, check in, check out — and each transition updates every linked record in one go.
Creating a new booking
The primary way to create a booking is the onboarding wizard — a phone-first flow that handles parent lookup, creation, booking, and sharing in one pass. Enter the parent's phone number, and the system finds or creates the right records. If your facility requires KYC verification and the parent hasn't uploaded documents yet, the booking lands as 'pending approval' and transitions to 'confirmed' once they verify.
