Dog profiles
Every dog has a rich profile: breed, size, age, vaccinations with expiry dates, allergies, medications and doses, feeding preferences, and temperament notes. This is the record that drives everything else — care logs, report cards, medication reminders on the dashboard.
Vaccination tracking
Vaccinations are first-class records with expiry dates. Dogs with overdue vaccinations surface on the dashboard attention banner and get blocked from new bookings until the record is updated, so you never accidentally accept an unprotected dog.
Parent profiles
Parent profiles store multiple contact methods, emergency contacts, preferred communication channel, and link to every dog and every booking they've ever had. Opening a parent gives you their full history in one place. Each parent also shows a KYC verification badge — a color-coded indicator of their document status (none, pending, verified, or rejected). The Documents section on the parent detail page lets staff view uploaded ID documents, verify them, or reject them with a reason. For parents who haven't yet verified their identity, a WhatsApp reminder button lets you send a direct link to the document upload page.
