What's in an update
Every evening, BOS.dog compiles the day's care logs into a short, warm summary for you. You'll see what your dog ate (and how much), how many walks they went on, their mood throughout the day, any medications given, and a selection of photos from the day. The tone is conversational — it reads like a quick note from the team, not a clinical report.
When and how it reaches you
Daily updates are compiled at 7pm IST. If you've enabled push notifications on your portal, you'll get a notification on your lock screen with a direct link. Your facility may also send you the link on WhatsApp. Either way, the update opens in your browser — no login needed.
Viewing past updates
Every daily update is saved on your stay's detail page in the portal. You can scroll back through the entire stay and see what happened on any given day. Past updates don't expire while the stay is active, so you can always catch up if you missed one.
