How parents log in
The parent portal uses a separate, lightweight auth — a one-time link sent over WhatsApp creates a signed cookie session. No app, no password to remember. From the portal they can see their dogs, their stays, and everything the team has shared with them.
Daily updates and report cards
Every update and report card the team generates shows up in the parent's portal automatically. They can also enable push notifications so the 7pm daily summary lands on their lock screen. The portal also lets parents upload KYC documents (like Aadhaar or PAN) and manage their push notification preferences.
