Invoice list
The invoices page lists every invoice for the active facility with status (draft, unpaid, partially paid, paid, cancelled). Filter by status or date range, open an invoice to see the full line-item breakdown and payment history.
Generating from a booking
Invoices are generated from a booking's totals — boarding nights plus any add-ons like grooming or daycare. The facility's 18% GST is calculated automatically, and the invoice number follows a per-facility sequence so it stays tidy for accounting.
Shareable receipt
Every invoice has a /invoice/<token> URL the parent can open to view and print. Payment tracking supports UPI, cash, bank transfer, and card, with a notes field for reconciliation later.
